During a project’s course the Project Manager will oversee the initial survey requirements and design and development process, and will work alongside the client to set in stone the best processes and practices going forwards throughout the manufacturing stages.
Manufacture takes place in our 21,000 square foot production facility and will be overseen by our team of dedicated traditional machinists, joiners and finishers.
Our machine shop is home to two top-of-the-range ‘Homag’ nesting CNCs, dim saws, end borers, edge banders and traditional machines such as spindle molders, planers and mortices. These tools enable our highly skilled machinists to achieve all of the elements required by our Bench Joinery Team to take on to the next stage.
Our Bench Joinery Team have a vast amount of experience in both traditional and modern joinery techniques and will work closely with the Project Manager to work with finer details required in all projects, and to achieve the best possible product prior to any required finishing or direct dispatch. Our team are highly skilled in the manufacture of all known materials such as solid timbers, MDF, chipboard, plywood, solid surface, glass UV bonding to name but a few.
Our Finishing Team are highly skilled in the use of all available finishes including acid cat, polyurethane, waterborne and fire-retardant paints and lacquers and any secondary finishing required beyond the standard.
